About Us
The Asian Leaders Network (ALN) became a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization in Waco, TX summer 2023 after a year of grassroots connection and organizing. Since then, ALN hosts quarterly mixers, workshops, panels, and cultural and arts festivals and celebration events to elevate Asian communities, cultures, and arts in the Greater Waco area.

Community
The Asian Leaders Network (ALN) General Events Work Group organizes quarterly mixers and events alongside social media and e-mail channels to build community and to celebrate the work of Asian and Asian American leaders in the Greater Waco community.
Through compilation of an ongoing Asian-owned/founded small business, artists/creatives, and organizations guide, community members are able to keep up-to-date about all the happenings amongst Asian leaders in the Greater Waco area. ALN is a 100% Board & Volunteers run organization.

Leadership
ALN is Asian and Asian American founded and led. ALN’s board and three work groups provide leadership opportunities for leaders in the Waco area to plan workshops, panels, and other leadership development opportunities. ALN celebrates diversity and inclusion and invites all community members to participate in events, regardless of background.

Inclusion & Representation
Through festivals, cultural events, vendor markets, celebrations, media coverage and more, the ALN co-creates cultural celebrations to increase Asian cultural and arts awareness, engagement, inclusion, and representation in the Greater Waco area.
ALN envisions a thriving Greater Waco community for Asians and Asian American community members to belong, feel connected, and to be supported.
