is one of the co-founders of the Asian Leaders Network (ALN) and serves as an ALN Board Member and Fundraising Committee member. Devin is the co-owner and CEO of Cha Community, a boba tea cafe small business based in Waco, TX. As a 1st generation Chinese immigrant, Devin enjoys sharing his culture and creating connections with fellow entrepreneurs.

Prior to small business life, Devin was a Mechanical Engineer and Engineer High School Teacher in Waco ISD and Rapoport Academy - Meyer High School. Alongside ALN, Devin also serves on the Waco Downtown Farmers Market board.

Outside of community work, Devin enjoys spending time with his spouse Jaja Chen, swimming & working out at the newly renovated Greater Waco YMCA, traveling, and going on walks with his two English bulldogs Momo and Mimi.
