Stephanie Kunst
Stephanie M.L. Kunst
is a Board Member of the Asian Leaders Network (ALN) and serves as a part of the ALN Events Planning Committee.
Stephanie is a 2nd generation Korean-American and an Assistant Professor of Management at Baylor Hankamer School of Business. She earned her B.A. in Psychology from California State University, Fullerton and her Ph.D in Business Administration - Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management from Michigan State University. She joined the faculty at Baylor Management in 2018 and serves as a Christian Leadership and Ethics Faculty Fellow and as a member of the Christ-Centered Diversity and Belonging Council in the Hankamer School of Business.
Stephanie's research interests are leadership emergence, team dynamics, and voice behavior, and her research has been published in top Management journals. She teaches Leadership & Organizational Behavior, a Business core course for all business majors, and is passionate about equipping her students to more effectively navigate the social systems in organizations.
While life as a working mom of three young children keeps her busy, Stephanie enjoys the free time she manages to find by sewing, reading and listening to audiobooks, exploring the Central Texas food scene, and playing board games with her husband and friends.
