is one of the co-founders of the Asian Leaders Network and currently serves as the ALN President/Board Chair. Jaja is a 2nd generation Taiwanese American who grew up in Oklahoma, China, and Taiwan. Jaja is a co-owner of Cha Community boba tea cafes and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker-Supervisor and trauma therapist in private practice specializing in EMDR therapy, burnout, and perinatal mental health.

Jaja is passionate about increasing Asian representation and civic engagement in the Waco community. She serves as Chair of the City of Waco Sustainable Resource Practices Advisory Board and is an active member of the McLennan County NAACP.

In her free time, Jaja enjoys visiting art museums & galleries, gardening, drinking tea, working out & practicing yoga, playing with her dogs, and trying out new restaurants & cafes with her spouse Devin Li.
